pushing for a rapid progress on the feasibility
type studies.

I

On the Green Mountain Afterbay studies,
the reconnaissance report there is being drafted.
The field work for that reconnaissance report
has been done and we are drafting the report
itself. That report has the objective of deter-
mining whether or not feasibility type investi-
gations are warranted. That's the extent of the
objective of that particular report.

On the North Republican unit of the Missouri
River Basin Project down near Wray, the control
surveys which I reported at the last meeting
had gotten under way, have now been completed
and the topographic surveys of the reservoir
site, based on those control surveys, is pre-
sently in progress.

That covers the investigations in Region
7's portion of Colorado.

Now to go to construction, the first item
there would be, of course, our Fryingpan-Arkansas
Project in which I know you are all very inter-
ested. There we have just moved our Pueblo
office and for those of you who may want to
visit that office the address is 104 East 7th
street in Pueblo. There are, at present, 68
employees - I say at present, this is as of
May 1st and today is the 8th - on the project
as a whole, 45 of whom are in the field and 23
in the Pueblo office.

On the Ruedi investigations, the geologic
investigations of the reservoir site itself
have been completed and are under analysis.
The geologic investigations of the dam sites
themselves are under way with concentration of
diamond drilling of the dam sites themselves.
No analysis, of course, has as yet been made
because the data has not yet all been gathered
but they are moving ahead very rapidly. The
topographic surveys which we contracted by
