<br />Utilizing the above figures, an average cost of developing storage is
<br />computed to be $478/acre-foot. If 10% simple interest ~s added for three
<br />years r since some of the numbers are two to three years old, an average
<br />cost of $636/acre-foot is obtained. Thus, the total cost of acquiring
<br />4,375 acre-feet of space in Bear Creek Lake <<ould equal $2,782,500. The
<br />costs would be allocated as sho\<n in Table 4.

<br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers whereby the entire 4,375 acre-feet of space
