W-8036-75 and W-8256-76) which <br />would allow for the transfer and storage of downstream senior <br />direct flow water rights to the aforementioned reservoirs. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />The staff has reviewed the above referenced decrees and <br />engineering reports and recommends that the following language, <br />which was developed by the Board's staff and the Attorney <br />General's staff to alleviate concerns expressed by the Adolph <br />Coors Company, be approved by the Board and be made a part of the <br />Board's application and subsequent decree for an instream flow <br />water right on Leavenworth Creek: <br /> <br />This application for a water right on Leavenworth Creek. <br />is junior to and necessarily subordinate to the water <br />rights decreed to the Adolph Coors Company for the storage <br />of water in and the transfer of water to Frost and Waldorf <br />Reservoirs in Case Nos.
