I'll now intertain nominations for the position ef vice-chairman.

MR. BENTON: I nominate Mr. Kroeger.

MR. BROWNELL: I secend the metion.

MR. SPARKS: Mr. Kreeger has been nominated by Mr. Benten and seconded
by Mr. Brownell. Are there any further neminations? If net, the chair
declares the nominations clesed. All in faver ef the electien of
Mr. Kreeger as vice-chairman of the board for the coming year indicate
by saying aye. .

elected as vice-chairman.

fiscal year at a salary ef nine hundred dellars per menth. We're.having
some preblems with the state personnel system and the Attorney General
