W1264-77, W1270-77, W1273-77, <br />W1285-77, W1314-77, W1322-77, W1331-77, W1375-77, <br />W1386-77, Water Division 6 <br /> <br />The following modifications are recommended by the CWCB <br />staff as a result of review of additional data submitted by the <br />Division 6 Engineer, Wes Signs, after these applications had been <br />filed with the court. The Division of wildlife was also <br />consulted in this review. <br /> <br />W1264-77 - Coulton Creek <br /> <br />The appropriation is from the headwaters to the confluence <br />with the Elk River, a distance of approximately 4 miles. <br />The original appropriation for 3 cubic feet per second <br />(cfs) should be changed to 1 cfs. <br /> <br />W1270-77 - willow Creek <br /> <br />This appropriation is from the outlet of Steamboat Lake to <br />the confluence with Beaver Creek, a distance of <br />approximately 2.5 miles. The original appropriation for 7 <br />cfs should be changed to 5 cfs. <br /> <br />W1273-77 - willow Creek <br /> <br />This appropriation is from the confluence of Beaver Creek to <br />the confluence of the Elk River, a distance of approximately <br />4 miles. The original appropriation for 10 cfs should be <br />changed to 7 cfs. <br /> <br />W1285-77 - Hinman Creek <br /> <br />The original appropriation was from the confluence of <br />Farwell Creek to the confluence with the Elk River, a <br />distance of approximately 7 miles. The appropriation was <br />for 4 cfs. Due to extensive diversions in the lower <br />
