<br />Recognizing the Board's policy to subordinate its instream <br />flow approprations to unadjudicated practices and/or appropri- <br />ations which are in effect at the time of the Board's <br />appropriation, a stipulation has been drafted by the Attorney <br />General's office and presented to the Knott Land and Livestock <br />Company, Inc., for their consideration. This stipulation has not <br />yet been formally accepted by Knott Land and Livestock Company, <br />Inc.
