Water Division 2 CWCB and Attorney General staff are currently working with the City of Cripple Creek regarding their opposition to the Board's 1995 instream flow water right on Fourmile Creek (Case No 2-95CW233), located within Mueller State Park We hope to have this case resolved in 1999. ISF data has been collected for the Purgatorie River and Long Canyon Creek stream segments upstream of Trinidad Lake. The proposed Reilly Canyon ISF segment was dry at the time of the DOW field survey and has been removed from ISF consideration at this time. CWCB staffwill continue to work on the water availability analysis for these two segments in 1999. Water Division 3 DOW was unable to collect field data on the following stream segments upstream of San Luis Lake in 1998. Data collection for these segments has been rescheduled for the year 2000. . Water Division 4 CWCB .staff will file istream flow water right applications for Dallas Creek and the Uncompahgre River upstream of Ridgway State Park in December of 1998. Additional water availability issues have arisen regarding the Uncompahgre River segment downstream ofthe Reservoir. Staff will continue to work with all interested parties to resolve these issues.
