Each table outlines the year the field data has or will be collected,
WORK PLAN, the name of the stream, STREAM, and the watershed in which each
proposed ISF segment is located, WATERSHED.

Water Division 1

The CWCB has approved the ISF Recommendations proposed for Deer and Nott Creeks,
located in Golden Gate Canyon State Park. CWCB staff is currently working with the
Attorney General's Office in preparing the appropriate water rights applications for these
segments which will be filed with the water court in December of 1998.

The CWCB is currently working on the water availability analysis for an instream flow
recommendation for the South Fork Republican River upstream of Bonny Reservoir. We
had anticipated on moving forward with this recommendation in 1998 but do to time
constraints were not able to do so. As discussed in my February 9, 1998, status report,
the proposed Landsman Creek ISF segment was dry at the time of the DOW field survey
and has been removed from ISF consideration, at this time.

DOW is planning on collecting all the other remaining Division 1 field data in 1999,
weather permitting.

-'i'f":,;:~... ~ ".\ J':'.::;'(:::~~.:--:~f8ci~""~-:":'~
- - ---

1999 i Plum Creek i South Platte River
1995--r Deer Cree-k---r--SouthPli3Tie-Rlver--.--
1999 Cross Creek South Platte River
1999 SI.
