<br />.' <br />..,1. <br /> <br />resolution in the portfolio is a summary fact sheet concerning the <br />Fruitland Mesa project for your ready reference, and following that <br />are letters of endorsement from various civic, business, commodity <br />organizations in the region. I would like to just mention some names <br />of the people that we have their endorsements in the portfolio. I <br />Beginning with the board of county commissioners of Delta County, <br />Delta County Joint School District No. 50 joined with Delta, Gunnison, <br />Montrose and Mesa counties. And I feel that this particular endorse- <br />ment states so well the sentiment of the feeling in our region, that <br />I would like to read this brief endorsement to the Qoard: <br /> <br />"The Delta County School District wishes to go on record as,. supporting <br />the Fruitland Mesa p~oject. The development of the land and water <br />resources of the Fruitland Mesa area is an important facet of the <br />economy and growth of our school district. <br /> <br />::For more than ten years now, we have participated in the planning and <br />development of this project.
