tion .Board give the Dolores project its support and consideration in
~ts(s,election of projects in Colorado to receive priority in funding
-"'as relq.,ted to the President's proposed budget for reclamation proj-
ects in Colorado. Thank you.

Mr. Stapleton: Thank you, Mr. Kinkade. Are there some questions now
from members of the board?

Mr. Kroeqer: Jack, will somebody be making a statement for the
Montezuma Valley Irrigation Company?

Mr. Kinkade: Mr. Kroeger. that is my next one.

Mr. Stapleton: Then if you have that, why don't you just continue
with that?

Mr. Kinkade: At this time I would like to introduce the three members
of the board of directors of the Montezuma Valley Irrigation Company.
First, I would like to introduce Mr. H. T. Murray, who is vice-
president of the board of directors.

Mr. Stapleton: All right, Mr. Rogers.

Mr.-'- ROqers: Mr. Chairman. members of the state board, I am \'/ayne
~ogers... a director of Montezuma Valley Irrigation Company Board.
First of all, I think I should say that we are interested in this
prbj~ct because we need supplemental water. I think that this proj-
__ectmight have even been started by the irrigation company many years
ago actually. So therefore. we support the project fully. Also. I
,,~hinkthe most important thing is we have made our water available
'to the project. That is probably one of the important things that we
have made our water available - conditional rights, absolute, and so
on. That is all I have.
