1 CO\ls1:1uGtioll fund the publications accotlnt FUND. The aGGotlnt FUND shall
2 consist of moneys paid to the board from persons outside the board for
3 copies of public records or publications provided by the board. The
4 moneys in the a"otlnt FUND may be expended by the board to pay for the
5 cost of providing copies of public records or publications to persons
6 outside the board. THE MONEYS IN THE FUND ARE HEREBY CONTINUOUSLY
7 APPROPRIATED TO THE BOARD FOR THE PURPOSES ESTABLISHED IN THIS
8 SECTION.
9 (2) The publications aGGvtlnt FUND shall have no more than ten
10 thousand dollars in it and any amount in excess shall be credited to the
11 Colorado water conservation board construction fund. All interest derived
12 from the investment of moneys in the publications aecotlnt FUND shall be
13 credited to the publications aGGO.tlnt FUND.
14 (3) The state treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer
15 five thousand dollars from the COLORADO water conservation board
16 construction fund to the publications l1GGOI1ut FUND.

22 recovery program loan aceoUllt FUND for the purpose of making loans to
23 the Colorado river and San Juan river recovery programs for the
24 construction or improvement of certain water related projects in Colorado,
25 under agreements with power users of the federal Colorado river storage
26 project, required to recover the four endangered fish species of the upper
27 Colorado river, including the San Juan river.
