The Definite Plan Report and Draft Environmental IJ!lPact <br />Statement are scheduled for completion in June 1975. <br />Procedures to develop a repayment contract can begin <br />in early spring. All preconstruction activity should <br />be completed by FY 1977. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Animas-La Plata Project <br /> <br />a. The Durango diversion alternative plan shows oppor- <br />tunities for improving the plan conceived at the <br />time of authorization.
