<br />1. Dallas Creek <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a. Definite Plan Report information necessary to provide <br />data for a repayment contract should be completed by <br />January 1. 1975. <br /> <br />b. Tri-County Water Conservancy District needs to amend <br />its contract with Kemmerer Coal Company for 24.000 <br />acre-feet of M&I water to avoid preparation of a <br />separate environmental statement. <br /> <br />c. Representatives of Bureau and Solicitor's Office met <br />with the District on September 12, 1974, to discuss <br />language that has been developed for inclusion in a <br />repayment contract. including provisions to recognize <br />M&I function of the project and possible industrial <br />applications such as Kemmerer Coal Company's proposal. <br /> <br />d. A form of contract can be sent for secretarial review <br />as soon as specific details are available from Definite <br />Plan Report. Final secretarial consideration of draft <br />contract must await completion and filing of final <br />environmental statement with Council on Environmental <br />Quality now scheduled for August 1975. <br /> <br />2. Savery-Pot Hook Project <br /> <br />a. Definite Plan Report dated June 1971 was revised <br />January 1972 and has been approved. <br /> <br />b. Representatives of Bureau of Reclamation and Regional <br />Solicitor's Office met with representatives of two <br />conservancy districts - Little Snake River Water <br />Conservancy District from Wyoming and the Pot Hook <br />Conservancy District from Colorado - on November 6, <br />1974. at Craig, Colorado and discussed the drafts of <br />repayment contracts - one for each district, identified <br />as R.O. Draft 6/7/74. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The districts indicated the drafts of contracts were <br />acceptable as revised and that the districts would be <br />willing to pass a resolution to that effect. <br /> <br />c. Final secretarial consideration of the drafts of <br />repayment contracts must await completion and filing <br />of Final Environmental Statement with Council on <br />Environmental Quality now scheduled for December 1975. <br /> <br />C.
