This project is the rehabilitation of several North Poudre system facilities, The
rehabilitation projects include: I,) Spillway construction at North Poudre Reservoir #5, 2,) Pipeline
construction at the North Poudre Reservoir #6 outlet. 3,) Pipeline construction along North
Poudre's Buckeye lateral, Smith Geotechnical, Inc, of Fort Collins is currently preparing the
design plans with construction scheduled for the fall of 1998 on the Reservoir #6 project. Future
construction schedules have not yet been determined.

This project is the rehabilitation of the Summit Reservoir Dam outlet works and the
construction of repairs and improvements to the Summit Reservoir and Irrigation Company's water
collection and distribution facilities, The Cortez office of the Natural Resource Conservation
Service is preparing the construction plans and specifications with construction scheduled for the
winter and spring of 1999,

Project Type: Check Dam Rehabilitation

This project is the rehabilitation of the Western Mutual Ditch Company's South Platte
River check dam across the river from their diversion structure, The check dam creates a backwater
along a river side-channel created by an island on the south side of the river, and diverts the flow to
the Company's diversion structure on the north side of the river. The project is located in Weld
County, 2 miles northwest of Platteville, Rocky Mountain Consultants of Longmont has prepared
the design plans and construction contract documents, Construction is scheduled to commence in
in late 1998, depending upon receipt of access approvals, and will be completed in 1999,
