<br />anchored to resist flotation, collapse, or lateral <br />movement by providing over-the-top and frame ties <br />to ground anchors. Specific requirements shall <br />be that: <br /> <br />(i) The requirements of Subsection 3.3.1 ( 1) be <br /> met. <br />(ii) The requirements of Subsection 3.3.1 ( 2) be <br /> met. <br />(iii) The requirements of Subsection 3.3.1 (3) be <br /> met. <br />( iv) The requirements of Subsection 3.3.1 (4) be <br /> met. <br />(v) Adequate surface drainage and access for a <br /> mobile home hauler shall be provided; and, <br />(vi) If a mobile home is elevated on pilings: <br /> <br />1. Lots shall be large enough to permit <br />steps, <br /> <br />2. Piling foundations shall be placed in <br />stable soil no more than 10 feet <br />apart, and <br /> <br />3. Pilings more than 6 feet above the <br />ground level shall be reinforced. <br /> <br />3.3.3.3 Floodprone District - Development of new mobile <br />home parks, the expansion of any existing <br />mobile home park, or the placement of a mobile <br />home outside of a mobile home park shall be <br />allowed only after the Special Use requirements <br />of Subsection 3.2.3 have been met. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 - ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />4.1 Desi nation and Duties of Administrator, Permit <br />Author~ty, an Board of Ad1ustment <br /> <br />4.1.1 Administrator <br /> <br />The (City Council, Board of Trustees, Board of <br />County Commissioners) will designate an <br />"Administrator" to implement the regulations.
