<br />additional ties per side at intermediate <br />locationS, with mobile homes less than 50 feet <br />long requiring one additional tie per side; <br /> <br />( 2) Frame ties be prov ided at each corner of the <br />home with five additional ties per side at <br />intermediate points, with mobile homes less <br />than 50 feet long requiring four additional <br />ties per side; <br /> <br />(3) All components of the anchoring systems be <br />capable of carrying a force of 4,800 pounds; <br /> <br />(4) Any addit:ions to the mobile home be similarly <br />anchored, <br /> <br />3.3.2 <br /> <br />New Mobile Home parks (Ohtion A) - Development of <br />new moblle home parks, t e expansion of any <br />existing mobile home parks, or the placement of <br />any mobile homes outside a mobile home park within <br />a Designated Flooaplain District, Floodfringe <br />District or Floodprone District shall be <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />New Mobile Home Parks (Option B) <br /> <br />3.3,3 <br /> <br />3.3.3.1 Floodway District- Development of new mobile <br />home parks, the expansion of existing mobile <br />home parks, or the placement of mobile homes <br />outside a mobile home park shall be <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />3.3.3.2 Floodfringe District - Development of new <br />mobile home parks, the expansion of existing <br />mobile home parks, or the placement of mobile <br />homes outside of a mobile home park shall be <br />allowed onlY if the following requirements are <br />met: <br /> <br />(1) The applicant for a Floodplain Development <br />permit shall meet all the requirements of <br />Subsection 4.2 and 4.3 of these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />(2) The supporting ground under a mobile home <br />shall be elevated by compacted fill to or <br />above the regulatory flood protection <br />elevation OR <br /> <br />(3) The lowest floor of a mobile home shall be <br />elevated to or above the regulatory flood <br />protection elevation by compacted fill or <br />pilings, and the mobile home shall be <br /> <br />-13- <br />
