<br />hunting and fishing areas, fish <br />hatcheries, and hiking and equestrian <br />trails. <br /> <br />(4) Open area residential uses such as lawns, <br />gardens, parking areas, and play areas. <br /> <br />(5) Uses accessory to open space or special <br />review uses. <br /> <br />(6) Railroads, streets, bridges, utility <br />lines and facilities, and structures for <br />irrigation, drainage, flood control, or <br />water diversion. <br /> <br />Special Review Uses - Public and commercial <br />overnight campgrounds and travel trailer parks <br />shall be subject to the special review <br />procedures of Subsection 4.2.3. <br /> <br />3.2 Floodprone District (FPD) <br /> <br />3.1.2.3 <br /> <br />3.2.1 Prohibited Uses - No uses shall be permitted which <br />alone or cumulatively with other such uses would <br />cause or result in: <br /> <br />(1) The storing or processing of materials <br />that are buoyant, flammable, explosive, <br />or otherwise potentially injurious to <br />human, animal, or plant life. <br /> <br />(2) The disposal of garbage or other solid <br />or liquid waste materials. <br /> <br />(3) The potential of solid debris or waste <br />being carried downstream. <br /> <br />3.2.2 Allowed Uses <br /> <br />3.2.2.1 Agricultural uses such as general farming, <br />pasture, grazing, outdoor plant nurseries, <br />horticulture, viticulture, truck farming, <br />forestry, and sod farming. <br /> <br />3.2.2.2 Private and public recreational uses, such as <br />golf courses, tennis courts, driving ranges, <br />archery ranges, picnic grounds, boat launching <br />ramps, swimming areas, parks, wildlife and <br />nature preserves, target ranges, shooting <br />preserves, trap and skeet ranges, hunting and <br />fishing areas, fish hatcheries, and hiking and <br />equestrian trails, except that any structures <br />accessory to such uses shall not be located in <br />the Floodprone District. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
