We hope to get out a feasibility report on
this project in F. Y. 1966.

I

The Bluestone project is about at the
same status as reported at your previous meet-
ing. Things are moving along about on schedule
and we hope to have this report completed in
F. Y. 1967.

We are initiating our work on the feasi-
bility studies in the Upper Gunnison project
area. OUr initial studies in that area will
consist of review of water use, economics,
and other data on representative farms. As
you people all know, the size of farm, the
excess land. is receiving considerable consid-
eration at this time, and in order to get some
new information to use as a guide in this area,
we are making a rather detailed analysis of
representative farms at their present opera-
tion.

The Grand Mesa Project is moving along
right on schedule. Our studies are directed
towards completion of the land classification
work. hydrology studies, water exchange stud-
ies. and those things. The report is scheduled
for completion in F. Y. 1968.

I

On our Yellow Jacket Project. we have
found that some modification of the project
plan and refinement was necessary. We have
discussed this a number of times with the
Yellow Jacket \;ater Conservancy District and
also with this Board. The modifications and
refinements on this project have consisted
principally of giving the service of about
20.000 to 25,000 acres of land in the Axial Basin
area over to the Juniper Project and serve
this land from the Yampa River. In addition.
we will include a substantial amount of water
in the White River besin for potential indus-
trial development. oil shale and so forth.

That about completes our feasibility in-
vestigation work and I'll now move on to
