STATE INSTREAM FLOWPRdTECTION AUTHORIZED <br />Nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent the State of <br /> <br />Colorado from acquiring an instrearni flow through the Area pursuant <br /> <br />to the terms, conditions, and limitatipns of Colorado law to assist in <br /> <br />protecting the natural environment to the extent and for the purposes <br /> <br />authorized by Colorado law. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />DRAFT.
