meeting minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded by Jim

meetings to be a review of the agenda, showing the vote action on
each item, lack of action, that all measures be taken to ensure the tape

participation by Board members in clearly stating their motions and
action, and putting detailed motions on paper for the purpose of
minute preparation. The motion was seconded by Janice Sheftel, and
passed unanimously (9-0).
