At that time the Board shall direct <br />the Staff to publiclv notice the Intent to Appropriate. <br /> <br />5.21 (A) Notice of the Board's potential action to form its Intent to Appropriate shall be <br />aiven in the Aaenda for the January Board meetina. <br /> <br />5,21 (B) After the Board forms its Intent to Appropriate. notice shall be published in the <br />water court resume in the applicable water division and shall state: <br />i. Description of Staff recommendations (e.a. stream reach. c,f.s.. etc.); <br />ii.
