Resume notice shall also contain the followina information:
i. The Staff recommendation may chanae based on information received durina
the public notice and comment oeriod;
ii. Staff will maintain a recommendation mailina list of all oersons interested in
the recommendations. Anv person desirina to be on the recommendation
mailina list must contact Staff. Anv person desirina to be advised of any chanae
in the Staff recommendation must be on the recommendation mailina list;
iii. Anv meetinas held between Staff and members of the public may be ooen to
the public and may be oosted on the Board's website ( ) 2 weeks prior to
the meetina and noticed to persons on the mailina list;
iv. Public comment and additional data will be acceoted until June 15 on which
date the official record will close:
v. Staff will announce its final recommended ISF aoorooriation at the Julv Board
meetina and will send notice of the final recommendation to all persons on the
recommendation mailina list; and
vi. Anv Notice of Contest must be received bv the Board no later than 10 workina
days after the Julv Board meetina,

5.21 (C) After the Board forms its Intent to Aoorooriate, notice shall be mailed within five _
workina days of the Board's action to the County Commissioners of the countviies) in which the _
orooosed action is located.

5.21 (0). Final action bv the Board on the ISF recommendations will occur no earlier
than 120 days followina the resume notice of those ISF recommendations.

5.22 Informal notice and comment after the Board forms its Intent to Aoorooriate:

5.22(A) The ISF recommendation will be noticed in the Board Aaenda for each
subseauent meetina until the Board takes final action. At each Board meetina. time will be
scheduled for public comment durina which oersons may submit comments. The Board shall
consider presentations of Staff. and all public and aaencv comments,

5.22(B) Staff will maintain a recommendation mailina list beainnina each Januarv
relevant to the orooosed ISF aoorooriations for that year. Anv person desirina to receive
information concernina the orooosed ISF aoorooriations must contact Staff to reauest inclusion
on the recommendation mailina list. No names shall be carried over from previous lists.

5.23 Date of Aoorooriation. The Board may select an appropriation date that may be no earlier _
