We only <br />received the covers and binders yesterday and <br />have only had time to put together enough for <br />the actual Board members. I would like to call <br />your attention to the fact that we placed in <br />your folders this morning, which is not on the <br />agenda, a 'Proposed Filling Criteria for Glen <br />Canyon' which we have just received this week- <br />from the Secretary of the Interior. Now that, <br />as the Board knows, has been a matter of con- <br />siderable study and expenditure for a couple of <br />years past by the Board. The long awaited cri- <br />teria for the filling of Glen Canyon has now been <br />proposed by the Secretary of Interior and a copy <br />is in your folders. We did not have a chance to <br />analyze this as yet, but at the next Board meet- <br />ing we will have prepared a thorough analysis of <br />that operating procedure for the filling of Glen <br />Canyon Reservoir. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />I might say that this publication 'Federal- <br />
