That the State of Colorado urges the <br />Secretary of Interior to. make final allocation <br />af the Storage Project power among the Upper <br />Division States and that Calorado be allocated <br />not less than 535 megawatts; that in 1970 not <br />less than 170 megawatts be made available to. <br />Colorado; that in 1975 not less than 375 mega- <br />watts be made available to. Colorado; and that <br />in 1980 nat less than 535 megawatts be made <br />available to Colorado.. <br /> <br />3. The extent of the transmission system <br />be such that integration af operation of the <br />power plants af the Storage Project and ather <br />federally owned projects be effected, and that <br />the transmission system be extended as near to <br />preference user laad centers as economic con- <br />siderations will permit. <br /> <br />4. The Secretary af the Interior be urged <br />to make available at the earliest date the in- <br />terim schedule of rates applicable to the sale <br />and dispasition of Storage Project Power. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5.
