It is quite voluminous and gets into a lot of details and mechanics that I'm not sure you would want to cover. I shall not bother with that portion of it except to tell you that after considera- tion of the report by the Investigation Commis- sion, the Co~~ission adopted the report of the committee and makes the following recommenda- tions to this Board.
