Contract for Attorney Chilson for F.Y. 1956 <br /> <br />Mr. Crawford said that Mr. Chilson was in the hospital. <br />in Loveland. He stated that Mr. Chilson's contract was <br />exactly the same as it was last year with.two exceptions. <br />They are as follows: <br /> <br />(a) On Page 2 of the contract, paragraph 1, in <br />addition to Mr. Chilson's salary of $6,000 for the year <br />when he represents the State in litigation he shall be <br />entitled to additional compensation, on a per diem basis <br />the amount of which shall be determ~nedupon agreement <br />between the parties. <br /> <br />(b) On Page 3 of the contract, instead of "thirty (30) <br />days notice", the contract reads "thirty (30) days written. <br />notice". <br /> <br />MR. MOSES: <br /> <br />"I move we approye the revised contract." <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Roberts and upon:vote <br />being taken, the motion was carried unanimously. . <br /> <br />4. Contract for Consulting Services of <br />Engineer Royce J. Tipton for F.Y. 1956 <br /> <br />MR. CRAWFORD: <br /> <br />"You will remember that prior to last year <br />Mr. Tipton was on the same basis as the <br />Consulting Attorney. Last year that was <br />altered to have a maximum of forty-five <br />days on call of the Director and an <br />additional fifteen days with approval of <br />the Board. The contract this year is <br />just the same as it was last year. He <br />will spend approximately thirty days with <br />us this year.
