References <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />The final report shall be produced with high quality paper, maps, printing, and copying. A <br />professional presentation is required. The report cover and general report layout shall be <br />approved by the CWCB. Specific deliverables are: <br /> <br />· 15 hard copies of each draft chapter of the manual, as the chapters are completed, for review <br />by the CWCB and the Steering Committee (black and white is acceptable). Electronic files <br />of the information will also need to be emailed to all reviewing parties/agencies. <br />· 25 hard copies of the final manual in 3 ring binders with professionally printed covers <br />· 25 compact disks containing electronic files of the final manual. <br />· Report cover samples to be reviewed and approved by the CWCB. <br />· 2 hard copies of the technical appendix. <br /> <br />Report layout shall be designed by a professional desktop publishing expert and shall be <br />reviewed for clarity, readability, and format by a professional technical editor. These services <br />may have to be hired or sub-consulted if the Consultant does not possess strong in-house <br />capabilities in these areas. Final format and layout shall be approved by CWCB prior to final <br />printing and publishing. Report shall employ effective communication techniques to reach a <br />dual audience and shall include dynamic features: Examples of this include color photos, quick <br />tips, pull-out boxes, multiple columns, embedded charts and figures, and other publishing <br />principles found in magazine-type publications. Software to be used for report layout and <br />publishing should include, or will be equivalent to, packages such as Quark Express, Adobe <br />Acrobat/Photoshop, and Corel Draw. <br />
