The manual will contain text, charts, diagrams, tables, and sample drawings to clearly convey the
information. The manual will make use of existing resources, methods, and techniques that are
already available. Therefore, the Consultant will !lQ! be required to develop any new
methodologies or computer models. Overall, the completed manual will be used for reference
purposes and will be endorsed by the CWCB for later adoption by local governments for official
use. The manual will also be considered for inclusion in the next revision of the CWCB's "Rules
and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater
Runoff Channels in Colorado."
