The West Slope Pool has a capacity of 36,000 acre-feet. <br />The West Slope Pool is allocated to the River District <br />for use pursuant to its statutory authorities <br />resolutions. policies. decrees. and agreements <br />concerning the Project, <br /> <br />2, The River District shall allocate to the Fish Pool a. <br />percentage of the Wolford Mountain Reservoir inflow. which <br />can be lawfully stored by the River District for beneficial <br />use by releases for the endangered Colorado River fish. <br />subject to ReservOir operations required for flood control <br />and other lawful purposes, The percentage of such inflow <br />allocated to the rish Pool will be as follows: <br /> <br />a. When unfilled capacity is available in each of the three <br />Pools. 10 percent will be allocated to the Fish Pool. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />b. When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool and <br />the West Slope Pool but the Denver Pool is full. 14.5 <br />percent (6/42) will be allocated to the Fish Pool. <br />c, When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool and <br />the Denver Pool but the West Slope Pool is full. 20 <br />percent (6/30) will be allocated to the Fish Pool. <br /> <br />d. When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool <br />only and both the Denver Pool and the West Slope Pool <br />are full. 100 percent will be allocated to the Fish <br />Pool. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Under the conditions described above. the Fish Pool will <br />have a firm annual yield of 2.400 acre-feet. Operational <br />studies conducted by the District indicate that the Service <br />can expect the following conditions would prevail based upon <br />a simulation of a 1963 to 1994 period of record <br />(Appendix B): <br /> <br />. <br />
