When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool and the West Slope Pool but the Denver Pool is full. 14.5 percent (6/42) will be allocated to the Fish Pool. c, When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool and the Denver Pool but the West Slope Pool is full. 20 percent (6/30) will be allocated to the Fish Pool. d. When unfilled capacity is available in the Fish Pool only and both the Denver Pool and the West Slope Pool are full. 100 percent will be allocated to the Fish Pool. 3. Under the conditions described above. the Fish Pool will have a firm annual yield of 2.400 acre-feet. Operational studies conducted by the District indicate that the Service can expect the following conditions would prevail based upon a simulation of a 1963 to 1994 period of record (Appendix B): .
