Coordination meetings <br />will be conducted as set as set forth in the Muddy Creek Final Environmental <br />Impact Statement (Chapter 5,0), Those meetings will include concerned <br />Federal, State, and local government agencies, as well as water user. <br />conservation, and other groups, At those annual meetings, which will include <br />representatives from the Service. agency input. and public comments will be <br />addressed within the operational constraints. demands. and flexibility of the <br />water management agencies (the River District and Reclamation). <br /> <br />III.
