"Mr. Chairman, we seem to be moving along pretty well with our investigation of new projects but there is one thing that has bothered me for quite some time and I've made mention of it before and I'd like to make men- tion of it at this time. We are not getting enough projects underway, authorized and in construction. I can see the time coming in the near future where all the projects that can be built, in accordance with the water supply and the money available, in our neigh- boring States of Wyoming, New Mexico and Utah, will have been completed and Colorado will be setting back here with a lot of projects yet to be built with no assistance from these other states. That concerns me very much and I'm just wondering if there is anything this Board can do to see to it that once these reports - these feasibility reports - get back to Wahington that action is taken on them much faster than it has
