As far as the Collbran project is concerned all of the irri- gation features of that project have been com- pleted and we operated this year under a test- ing and seasoning program. We delivered I approximately 11,000 acre-feet of water to the water users and exchanged between 4,000 and 5,000 acre-feet of water for power gen- eration purposes. The severe storm that we had over the Labor Day week-end and rather inclement weather that we have had since then has delayed us on this project. The contrac- tor,on Grand Mesa who is, working at elevations between 9,500 and 10,500 feet, has had a serious setback because of this weather. In advance planning, we hope to have the Silt definite plan report out in October. The. supplemental report on the Crystal Dam of the Curecanti Unit is also scheduled out in October. I think Larry has mentioned something about these feasibility reports. We have those about on schedule. I don't see any mention of the Yellow Jacket Project which .is one that we have initiated this year and activities to date have been limited princi- pally to water supply studies. We have initiated plan formulations and are working with the Districts on conflicting water rights and those things. , Coming to reconnaissance investigations, we have the Grand Mesa Project as well as the Ruedi Western Slope investigation. We have given precedence to the Grand Mesa Project and we hope to come out with a reconnaissance report on that about the first of the calen- dar year and Ruedi is scheduled immediately behind that.. The Juniper Project reconnais- sance is scheduled for this September. I think there will be a slight delay of a month or two on that. I
