Members of the <br />Board. ladies and gentlemen, we submitted a <br />written report to the Board on the activities <br />of Region 7 but it is dated November 23rd, so <br />I'll briefly summarize and up-date it to some <br />extent. <br /> <br />There are no new planning activities to <br />report on either the upper Republican Division <br />or the North Republican Unit of the Missouri <br />River Basin project. <br /> <br />On the St. Francis Unit, Missouri River <br />Basin project, Kansas River projects personnel <br />met with a representative of the Colorado EX- <br />tension Service and County Agent of Yuma County, <br />Colorado, concerning renewed interest toward <br />surface water irrigation in the vicinity of the <br />Lansing Valley, which includes the proposed <br />service area of the unit. <br /> <br />We received comments on the draft report <br />of the Narrows Unit of the Missouri River Basin <br />Project from the various agencies and other <br />
