<br />COLORADO t'lATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />Rm. 132, State Services Building <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />December 14, 1966 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the Director and Secre- <br />tary, Mr. Sparks, at 9:45 A. M. <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"Ladies and gentlemen, we'll call this <br />regularly scheduled meeting of the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to order. Our Vice- <br />Chairman, Mr. Stapleton, is going to be a little <br />late so we will proceed with some of the prelimi- <br />naries at this time. since nine members of the <br />Board are present here for a quorum, the Board <br />is officially constituted for the transaction <br />of business. I understand that Governor Love <br />will be here later. <br /> <br />I would first like to introduce one of <br />our legislators, Mr. Louis Rinaldo of Sterling. <br />Louis, glad to have you here.". <br /> <br />REP. RINALDO: <br /> <br />"Thank you." <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"Are there any other members of the General <br />Assembly here? I believe Representative Rinaldo <br />is the only one. <br /> <br />I would also like to acknowledge the <br />presence of one of our former Board members, Mr. <br />Lew Williams of Norwood. Lew, glad to have you <br />with us again." <br /> <br />MR. L. WILLIAMS: <br /> <br />"Thank you." <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"I think that is all of our former Board <br />members who are present today. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda is the <br />approval of the minutes of the Board meeting <br />of September 23, 1966. The minutes have been <br />previously distributed to the Board for any <br />corrections or addition9 to the minutes. No <br />corrections or amendments have been received in <br />
