<br />Thereupon discussion ensued concerning publicatioI: of the Rio
<br />Grande Compact and explanatory material. resolutions. and letters of trans-
<br />mittal by Mr. Rinderlider, Compact COmmissioner, on the Rio Grande. It was
<br />explained that such publication would be used in submitting the matter of
<br />ratification to the Legislature cf the State of Colorado and other interested
<br />parties. It was further stated that the expense involved would be approximately
<br />$lOO.OO.

<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinderlider and seconded by Mr. Foster that
<br />as much funds of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. as is necessary. based
<br />upon preliininary estimates and not to exceed $150.00 be authorized to be
<br />expended for the publication of the Rio Grande Compact and allied materials,
<br />, and that 1000 copies be printed and distributed. After discussion, the motion
<br />was duly passed and approved.

<br />Thereupon Mr. Foster presented and moved the passa,g;e of the
<br />following resolution with the request that the same be included, in the
<br />publication of the Rio Grande Compact above mentioned:
