<br />44 <br /> <br />Mr. Dille seconded and supported the passage of Eiaid resolution <br />and the resolution was duly passed, ,adopted and approved. <br /> <br />And then ensued discussion concerning lease of office space <br />to be occupied by the staff of the Board, because of the necessity of moving <br />out of the Capitol Building to make space available for the comiIlg session <br />of the Colorado Legislature. <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Aspinall. seconded by Mr. Dille. <br />that Judge Stone be authorized to rent quarters for the Board staff in the <br />Patterson Building at a rental rate of $180.00 per month. After discussion <br />the motion was duly passed and approved. <br /> <br />And thereupon Judge Stone made a report of the annual <br />conference of the National Reclamation Association held at Reno,Nevada. <br />calling particular attention to the faot that the annual oonferenoe of: the <br />Association would be held in the fall of 1939. at 'Denver.
