operation.

On the savery-pot Hook p~oject, this
project is located north of Craig. It is in
both the states of colorado and Wyoming and
we recently have completed our land classifi-
cation studies on the Fourmile and Timberlake
areas, located in Colorado south of Baggs,
wyoming. We have uncovered some adverse con-
ditions in the Timberl~ce area and our detailed
studies show that about 2,820 acres of land
in this area will drop out and not be suitable
for inclusion in the project.

The remaining item in our report consists
of Small Reclamation projects. We have re-
ceived notices for application for a small
project loan from the Yamcolo Reservoir Com-
pany, Yampa, Colorado, and from the Overland
Reservoir Company of Hotchkiss, Colorado, for
application for loans under the Small Reclama-
tion projects Act of 1956. The projects con-
sist of construction of two reservoirs, the
Overland Reservoir and the Yamcolo Reservoir.

visitors, it is a real pleasure for me to
appear before this Board again. It has been
a number of.years since I have been here and
I appreciate the opportunity to report for
Region 7 on the progress of their work.
