The project included replacement of the <br />dam outlet gate with a new structure, which incorporated both the outlet gate and a spillway. The <br />existing dam embankment was also raised almost four feet. ECI Consultants, Inc. of Englewood <br />prepared the construction plans and specifications with the construction contract awarded to <br />Schmuesor and Associates, Inc. of Wheatridge, CO.
