I was glad to hear that your problems
are more internal than with the Corps of
Engineers. Maybe you are just polite hosts
but certainly all the reports that I have
received is that this is a very fine group
to do business with. You make our work
easy and we appreciate it, and I am sure
we will continue the relationship.

ladies and gentlemen, my name is John
Velehradsky, and I'm with the Planning
and Reports Branch of the Omaha District,
Corps of Engineers. I will give you a
brief report on our current and future
water resources development activities
in the South Platte River basin of Colo-
rado. I will start with the construction
activities.

On Chatfield, stage III of the earth-
work is scheduled to be advertised this
fall with contract letting about 1 January
1970. This is, of course, dependent upon
funding by Congress this fall. Stage III
