That is <br />probably accurate. It is usually dry below the diversion. <br /> <br />Ally seepage or retum tlow is taken outinNWNE SW Sec. 32 SIN 6W where we own <br />two rights for the John Haseman Ditch totaling 1.124 CFS. This is also an alternative <br />delivery point for a junior right we do not own for 4.625 CFS for the Maher Ditch. The <br />original Maher Ditch diversion, and the one currently in use, is in SW SW NE Sec. 30 <br />SIN 6W. If there is ever any water in Muddy Creek there, they take it. <br /> <br />Additionally, we have several other rights for use of the waste water. Others also have <br />rights to what flows off our property to the nOrth_ <br /> <br />In other words, Muddy Creek is severely over-appropriated during the irrigation season. <br />There is no flow for CWCB to file upon. <br /> <br />, <br />
