Consulting Engineer to various Federal <br />agencies, including War Department, Department of the Interior and <br />Department of Justice, and to States of California and Texas. Crawford explained that one page, page 3a, <br />was missing from the mimeographed copies of the contract passed out <br />to the Board members. He suggested that the engineer contract be <br />laid on the table until the missing page was supplied. <br /> <br />4.
