Field exploration for construction <br />materials for Big Soap Park was completed and some <br />progress on topographic surveys for the reservoir <br />site was made before the snow came. CRAWFORD: "At the meeting of November 29, 1955, the <br />Director was instructed to call a meeting <br />during the month of December on the Parshall <br />Project with representatives from the City <br />and County of Denver, the Mid-Park Conservancy <br />District, and the Colorado Conservation Dis- <br />trict.
