Action b.: A motion was made by Greg Hoskin with a second by Eric Wilkinson to
approve the minutes with the following changes: 1. Add Bruce McCloskey as
an Ex-Officio attendee. 2. On Item 22c. delete "The Board appointed Kent
Holsinger of DNR and Matt Knoedler of the Governor's office and be added
as consultant selection committee members." The motion was approved 9-0.
