Walcher <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Tuesday, January 22, 2003 <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />10:30 a.m. <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was <br />convened at the Holiday Inn Northglenn, Northglenn, Colorado. The meeting <br />was called to order by Chairman Don Schwindt. Ten voting members were <br />present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). <br />Voting Board members present were Chairman Don Schwindt, David Smith, <br />Bob BUff, Greg Hoskin, Keith Catlin, Ray Wright, Vice Chairman Eric <br />Wilkinson, Harold Miskel, Carolyn McIntosh, DNR Director Greg Walcher. <br />Ex Officio members present or represented were CWCB Director Rod <br />Kuharich, State Engineer Hal Simpson, and Deputy Attorney General Felicity <br />Hannay representing the Attorney General and First Assistant Attorney <br />General Wendy Weiss. Also present were CWCB Deputy Director Dan <br />McAuliffe and WPA Executive Director Dan Law. <br /> <br />Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items doesn't always follow the sequence indicated by <br />the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference. <br /> <br />1. a. Review and Approval of Agenda (10:00 - 10: 10) <br />Tape 1, <br />Track 1, Start/Stop: 0-10:00 <br />Action a.: A motion was made by Ray Wright with a second by Greg Hoskin to accept <br />the Agenda with the addition of 1. Item 6c - delete the word "Trial"; 2. <br />Designate the 24th of March, 2003 as the Rulemaking Hearing Date and if it <br />ends early enough, have a Y2 hour recess and then begin the March CWCB <br />regularly scheduled meeting immediately after the Hearing. The schedule will <br />be posted in the next Agenda notice and; 3. Delete Consent Agenda Item 2b. <br />Bosley Wash - Phase I Watershed Floodplain Delineation, Mesa County, <br /> <br />lA complete record of the meeting has been made in electronic form using an l\1P2 format. The recording and the associated written materials are the <br />only legal record of the meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a guide to the tapes. The motions described herein <br />may not represent a verbatim transcription. Agenda items are presented in numerical order, according to the Agenda for the meeting. Members recusing themselves are identified.
