<br />5.2.4 Drawings shall have a minimum margin of two inches on the left and 1/2 inch on the <br />right, top, and bottom. <br /> <br />5.2.5 AII drawings shall have bar scales to allow scaling of reduced drawings. <br /> <br />5.2.6 All drawings shall have a 1/2- by 3-inch space for the State Engineer's file number in <br />the lower right-hand corner. A unique project file number will be assigned prior to final <br />approval of the project documents for construction and shalI be placed in bold characters on <br />all of the drawings. <br /> <br />5.2.7 Each sheet shall be numbered sequentially with the first sheet being sheet number one <br />along with the total number of sheets; e.g., I of 6. <br /> <br />5.2.8 Minimum lettering size on fulI size drawings (24 inches high and 36 inches wide or 22 <br />inches high and 34 inches wide) shall be 12 pitch. <br /> <br />5.2.9 Spillway and outlet discharge rating curves and tables, and reservoir area-capacity <br />curves and tables meeting requirements of Rule 5.5 shall be placed on the drawings. <br /> <br />5.3 Construction Specifications - Construction Specifications shall meet the following <br />requirements: <br /> <br />5.3.1 The front cover of the specifications shall show the title or name of the dam (identical <br />to the title on the plans), and the county, Water Division and Water District, in which the <br />dam is located. The specifications shall display the design engineer's seal (crimp type not <br />acceptable) in accordance with current practice defined in The Bylaws and Rules of <br />Procedure ofthe State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Professional <br />Land Surveyors. The first page behind the front cover shall show the name of the dam <br />(identical to the name on the plans), the county, Water Division and Water District in which <br />the dam is located, the engineer's certifieation statement, seal and signature, and the State <br />Engineer's approval statement as folIows: <br /> <br />Approved on the <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,20_ <br /> <br />, State Engineer <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />, Deputy State Engineer <br /> <br />5.3.2 The specifications shall be indexed. <br /> <br />5.3.3 Final specifications shall be bound and submitted on a good grade of white 8 1/2- by <br />II-inch paper.
