Complying with regulations, <br />I have filed my resignation with the State Civil Service Commission, <br />copy of which is hereto attached, and have filed a demand with the <br />State Employes Retirement Association for the full amount of the <br />accumulated deductions standing to the credit of my individual <br />account. <br />After more than ten years of association in the defensive and <br />promotional work inCident to the water resources of natural streams <br />arising in Colorado, this tennination of my connection is far from <br />easy, but it is necessary for health and other personal reasons. <br />I am sure the engineering phases will continue in the future, per- <br />haps more competently than in the past. <br />With kindest personal regards, I remain <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br />(Signed) C. He appointed <br />Mr. Pughe and Mr. Dille as a committee to draft such a resolution. . <br /> <br />Mr. Dille and Mr. Pughe offered and moved the adoption of the fOllow- <br />ing resolution: <br /> <br />HESOLU1'lON <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Charles L. Patterson has submitted to the Governor and the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board his resignation as a member of <br />the Arkansas River Compact Commission, and as Chief Engineer of <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Mr. Patterson has served <br />as Chief Engineer of the Board ever since it was created. <br />
