Stone, Director-Secretary <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />I have today filed with Governor Knous my resignation as <br />a member of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. . I regret <br />having to take this action, but my health and my age make it <br />necessary for me to give up the duties of this position. <br />I have enjoyed my association as a member of this Board <br />and I feel I have found much satisfaction in assisting in the <br />State's water progran. <br />It ,is my hope that, through the efforts of the Colorado <br />Water Bonservation Board, the State will continue to make sub- <br />stantial progress in adjusting its water resources which are <br />so important to the welfare of Colorado. <br /> <br />Yours very truly, <br />(Signed) Chris Wall rich <br /> <br />Tbe Chaiman appointed Miss Pointer and Mr. Smith as a committee to <br />prepare a resolution recognizing Mr. Wallrich I s services on the Board. <br /> <br />The Director commented on the recent resignation of Charles 1. <br />Patterson, Chief Engineer of the Board, and announced that until selection of <br />a successor, Mr. R. J. Tipton, Consulting Engineer, would have general over- <br />all charge of engineering activities, assisted by R. M.
