No agreement should be made with Wyoming wfuich would <br />require Colorado to deliver any guaranteed amount of water <br />to Wyoming. <br /> <br />7. The Association ahd the undersigned individuals <br />will cooperate with the Colorado State Engineer in tllte <br />operation of any water measuring devices or water diversion <br />structures that are required to carry on any tests that <br />may be necessary and to effectuate any agreement that may <br />be made in conformity with the l?rinciples stated herein. <br /> <br />It is respectfully requested that prompt action be taken to carry <br />out the principles which are stated herein. Swan, Mgr. <br /> <br />Olson <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Dille, conunenting on the proposal of the Meadow Land Water Users <br />on the Laramie River in Colorado, stated that he had discussed the proposal <br />with water users of imported water from the Laramie RiverJ.intthe Fort Collins <br />area, and that they had no objection to the suggestion and request submitted <br />by the Meadow Land Water Users.. <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Dutcher that the Director of the Board <br />and the Attorney General be authorized to initiate negotiations <br />with Wyoming in an endeavor to reach an agreement substantially <br />in conformity with the request of the Meadow Land Water Users <br />on the Little Laramie River in Colorado. <br />
