that Ben is not going to be present this
morning, because I, in my many years, have
attended a lot of meetings and I think no
one has ever come quite up to Ben Stapleton
when it comes to presiding at these kinds of
meetings. So we will miss him very much
today. George, glad to have you.

We also have a proxy from Dick Williams
appointing Si Berthelson to represent him
today. So again. unless there is objection
from the Board. Si can vote twice today!
You have always wanted to do that. Si,
haven't you?"

"Can I second my own motion?"

"I don't know why not! It would seem if
you did it in the proper manner. it would be
legal.

I would like to make a couple of short
announcements that Mrs. Keating has asked
me to make. One, that construction work
over here picks up better than most of the
conversation, so it will be necessary to
speak clearly into the microphones today.
If anyone wishes to speak, we will be sure
to ask you to come forward and to take a
mike. Second, the Board will meet here in
this building for lunch downstairs so we
should pick up our tickets from Mary Brady."

"Mr. Kroeger, would those Board members
and any others Who haven't bought their
tickets for lunch, indicate to Mary if they
wish the seafood or the chopped sirloin, so
that she can let the chef know."

"You want us to do that right now?
Board members will you indicate seafood
with the raising of your hands? And the
chopped sirloin? Do you have it?"
