<br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />Summit Room, Diplomat Motor Hotel <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />February 19, 1969 <br /> <br />:1 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Kroeger, Vice- <br />Chairman, at 10:00 A. M. <br /> <br />MR. KROEGER: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, I'd like to call this Water <br />Conservation Board special meeting to order. <br /> <br />We have a communication from Mr. Staple- <br />ton who is unable to be here today, which <br />states: <br /> <br />'Unfortunately, I have scheduled a three- <br />day meeting in Washington on February 19, 20, <br />and 21, and will be unable to attend the <br />special meeting of the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board to be held on February 19. <br /> <br />Please accept this letter as my appoint- <br />ment of George Zoellner of Denver, Colorado, <br />as my proxy for this meeting.
